KouKou Sabzi (Persian Herb Frittata)

Ingredients
- I pack of Kadbanou Sabzi Koukou
 - 4 eggs
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/3 teaspoon curry powder
 - 1/2 cup oil
 - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
 - optional butter
 
Instructions
- DO NOT DEFROST THE Sabzi Koukou put the sabzi Koukou in the microwave for 1 minute (poke holes in the package and microware ) or leave it out for 5 minutes before starting to cook
 - Add the herbs to a large bowl and separate the greens with a fork
 - Add the eggs and the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix well
 - Heat 1/4 cup oil in a nonstick 8" skillet
 - Make sure the oil is well heated
 - Add the mixture to the skillet and gently press with the back of a fork or spoon
 - Cook in a medium heat for 15 minutes or until it has hardened.
 - Remove the skillet from heat, cover with a larger plate and invert the Koukou onto the plate
 - Carefully clean the bottom of the skillet with a paper towel
 - Heat the oil the same skillet again and slide the hardened mixture back to the skillet
 - Let it cook for another 10-15 minutes on a low heat or until the bottom part browns
 - Add a little butter on top for taster (optional)
